My purchase history isn't appearing on my page.

Not being able to view you purchase history is something that we'd certainly want to get squared away for you. I know that I always like being able to have access to these types of records. I'd be happy to take a look into your My Best Buy account to verify that everything is as it should be. For us to get started with that, please send us a private message with the following information:

  • full name
  • email address
  • phone number
