Proof of delivery

Hello good day, I ordered a gas range recently and a was delivered to a fowarder. However they recently tried to find it to send it to me and it could not be located. I was told i need proof of delievry and who signed for it so that they would be able to find it. This is my order number

Welcome to our community. As I know from my own experience, having product delivery issues can be quite frustrating indeed. I was discouraged read that you've had this occur and I regret any inconvenience to you.

 

BestBuy.com does not ship to known freight forwarding services. Being that Best Buy was able to ship your order and it was received by the forwarder, you will have to work with them to locate and receive your shipment.

Hello, the name on the purchase is my husband's name as i used his card the buy it. the name on the billing address if vijay {removed per forum guidelines} and the name on the shipping address is rylan {removed per forum guidelines}. All i need is the name is the person who signed for the stove 

{removed per forum guidelines} this is the order number.
