I purchased an LG - 75" Class NanoCell Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (SKU 6426200) and will be delivered and installed this week. According to the web page that I purchased the television with, I should have recieved a free pair of LG TONE Free HBS-FN6 True Wireless Earbud Headphones Black (Model: HBS-FN6). I did not recieve this item. I went back to the store and asked about this and the rep told me to call 800BESTBUY. I did call the next day and was on the phone for an hour waiting for a manager anmd spoke to one and she said to try to get iot from one of the locations. But none of the locations have it. All of my appliances and computers are from Best Buy and have been a customer for the longest time. I have never had a problem until now. If I do not get any resolution on this, I will have to escalate this matter to Consumer Reports. This is definitely a marketing scam. Spending $3000+ and not getting a free item for $149 is unacceptable.
