Promotional e-gift card

I was supposed to recieve a $10 BB promotional e-gift card for a completed purchase.  So far, 48 hours later, no email (yes I checked my spam folder) and no help from multiple customer care representatives.  I see the card in my order, it requests I confirm my email, which I can't do since I never received the confirmation email.  

 

Any ideas?

Welcome to our forums!  While I’m glad to hear your recent purchase comes with a $10 Best Buy e-gift card, I can certainly understand your disappointment after not getting any sort of instructions on how to access your card.

 

I’ll be happy to look into this order further for you, and see what we can do to get you the e-gift card  you’re referring to, however, I’ll just need a few pieces of information from you in order to get started.  For me to get started in my research, I’ll just need you to send me a private message with the following information:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number
