I have purchased an appliance from BestBuy.com about two weeks ago, and it was delivered and installed a week later. This particular item had a promotionaI e-gift card, and I received an email from Best Buy with a link to claim e-gift card, and my online order shows the "claim gift card" button. But, when I click on the link in the email or button from my online order, I get a web page with "We’re sorry, something went wrong." message. I have contacted Best Buy support several times via online chat and phone, but they keep transferring me to the gift card team. And they cannot help because they do not have any of the order information from Best Buy.
During my last call, one of the help person from Appliance department suggested that it may take up to 15 days after the item was delivered in order to ensure that it is not returned. Is this the case? If so, I did not see any information about the waiting period in my invoice. Would you be able to help me get the e-gift card?
Thank you in advance.

Welcome back to the forums. I'm sorry that link ins't working for you.
Have you tried it through a different web browser? Sometimes we'll run into issues where certain add-ons or extensions prevent links from working correctly. I suggest trying the link in multiple browsers.
If that doesn't work, please let me know, and we'll see if there's anything else we can do.

Thank you for prompt response. I was using FireFox, and tried Chrome, and Edge. None of them worked. Then, I tried the link with IE 11, and it worked.
Thank you for resolving the issue.
