I purchased a $455.79 (with tax) monitor that I price matched from $529.99 (with tax), but I've yet to see my refund in my bank account. I've tried everything. Calling bestbuy, my bestbuy citibank credit card provider, and chatting with bestbuy. I got the email saying that credit was applied for $74.20 but this credit never showed up on my bank statement. And I had numerous bestbuy customer representatives tell me to wait for the next billing cycle and check back. They gave me case IDs that supposedly contacted their "Internal Team" but I never got any emails or calls from any investigations regarding this order.
I've waited and waited, and now IT IS the next billing cycle, (over 30 days!!!) and I still haven't gotten my $74.20. I thought bestbuy had a price match guarantee? Can someone please help me resolve this?
