I purchased a monitor several days ago. A day after when I check my order detail, I noticed that I use the wrong shipping address. I contacted the staff through online chatting to change the shipping address. The staff said the address is changed in the back end. Thus, the correct shipping address is not showing on the page but it actually delivers to my correct address. I then contacted the staff twice to confirm the monitor is sending to my correct address. Unfortunately, the product has delivered today but I can't find it in front of my door. The wrong shipping address is a PO BOX address, and Canada post said it is delivered to the mailroom. The wrong shipping address was my university dorm but I no longer live there. If the parcel is delivered, it is supposed to be held at my school residence service and I need to pick up from there. I tried to pick up my parcel at the university residence service today but they said they don't accept parcels that belong to someone who does not live in the student residence. The university residence service said that they are sending back the parcel immediately after they received it. I don't know what to do now. Is it really delivered to the wrong address and being sent back to the sender or the parcel is late but it said delivered? Can I get a refund if the parcel is being sent back to the sender? Thanks.
