I purchased a Canon - PowerShot G7 X Mark II and when it arrived it appeared to be an open box item, not factory new.
I requested a UPS return shipping label, printed it and shipped the camera back. The camera was received in Chino, CA on October 27, 2020.
I have yet to be contacted by Best Buy and I have not received a refund.
I have chatted twice with your out of the USA chat support team with zero results.

Greetings, GaryElmer,
Welcome to our community here on the Best Buy Forums! I can understand wanting to check on your refund status, as it sounds like this has not been processed as expected. Please keep in mind that for returns by mail, once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account. Additional details about this can be found within our Return & Exchange Promise.
With that said, it sounds like that allotted time frame has since passed. I'd be more than happy to review this further and assist however possible. To get started, can you please send me a private message that includes your full name, phone number, and email address for verification purposes? You can send me a secure message by selecting the Private Message option below in my signature.
Best Regards,
