Product order status still on “in progress”

I recently ordered a laptop on November 25. The estimated arrival time says I should get it this Tuesday on December 3. It It has been 5 days and the status of my order has not changed and I am questioning whether or not you can delivery my product on time. It would be nice to maybe get some more information or an update on my order since I really don’t want it to be delayed.

I would be curious about the status of my order too if it wasn't updating with any kind of shipping information and it was supposed to be delivered soon. Have you received any updates since you posted with us? I'm happy to do what I can to try and provide an update for you if you are still needing one.

No it is till on in progress and it is supposed to arrive tomorrow

Thank you for the update. I can understand being concerned if you have an arrival date that is rapidly approaching. We do source from many locations, including our retail stores, so it is not uncommon for orders to not have progress until shortly before the expected date. As Cameron mentioned, we’d certainly be happy to review the status of your order, in effort to put your mind at ease.
