Product not delivered

hello, i received email stating my order was delivered by USPS today. however, its not in my mailbox nor outside my door.  pls let me know how to get my ordered product.  its epson black ink cartridge 252XL.  Thanks

Welcome to the Best Buy Community Forum! I do a lot of online shopping myself, so I’ve absolutely been in a similar situation. It can be stressful to see tracking information show a delivery without finding the package.

 

Generally speaking, checking around your home and in unexpected areas such as a mailbox, a side door, and with neighbors are great steps to take. Another consideration is that certain carriers may sometimes mark packages as “delivered” up to 24 hours before the delivery takes place by accident. In my experience, this happens most during the holiday shopping season due to high shipping volumes, but with recent world events, it’s my understanding that carriers are taking care of more shipments that usual.

Hi Kayla,

no i have not received the product as yet.  i have tried to call best buy cusotmer service many times but been on hold for too long and had to hang up.  pls help resolve this.
