Product not as described

I bought an Optoma HD146X projector.

The website description states there is an "input(s) USB Type".
That is false. There is only an HDMI.

Are some models available with USB?

Re: Product not as described

Looks like quite a few have USB inputs. If you just scroll through the options on and look at the photos, most show the rear inputs. This model from LG looks like it has a USB input.

Re: Product not as described

Good afternoon, BMCoyle,

Welcome to our forums!  We always want to make sure the product descriptions on our site are as accurate as possible, so it’s disappointing to hear the projector you purchased from us doesn’t quite have the features you were expecting.

With that said, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, don’t hesitate to utilize our Return & Exchange Promise to return or exchange this projector for one that will fit your needs.  As Sam15 mentioned, the projectors available through should have photos available, in case you wanted to check your input options of your potential next projector.  We also have a wide variety of projectors on sale at the moment, which you’ll find here.

I hope this helps, but if you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to swing by our Support Forums any time.
