I purchased the following item: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lego-super-heroes-batmobile-tumbler-76240/6469311.p?skuId=6469311
and it arrived damaged because it was shipped in a plasetic sleeve, so I reached out on live chat and the agent was super helpful, got me a replacement order sent out and even noted to ship in another box.
I returned the original, and now received the replacement and it is in worse shape than the original one. It was shipped as is, with no box, no sleeve. Just taped up and a shipping label slapped right on the item. It arrived extremely damaged, crushed, some areas ripped, and dirty. So I tried to out to live chat again and they said I had to call the number so they could escalate the issue. I called and was told I would have to bring it to the store and they would help me because they can't send me another replacement since they already processed one. The item is sold out online, and I was told they do not sell this item in stores when I returned the original.
Can someone please help?

The phone support team member was correct when they mentioned that another replacement is unable to be processed, as we are only able to process one replacement per order.
