Processing Return Label (Prepaid)

I placed an order on 3/10, received the order on 3/13, and I have until 3/27 to return. I'd like to print the prepaid label but when I try to do this the system says it's unable to do this at this time. 

 

Am I not able to do a prepaid label because I used a gift card for my purchase?

Welcome to the forums and thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with that return label. It seems like a bit of a unique situation. I’d be happy to see if I can help.


It shouldn’t have anything to do with the fact that you used a gift card. What I would like to do is see if I can manually issue you a return label for the order. To do so, I will need a bit of additional information. Would you be able to send me a private message that includes the following?


•    Name
•    Email
•    Phone number
•    Order number
•    Item you would like returned
