I know things are terribly busy with online and phone support as we all self isolate. However, I made multiple purchases this month so employees can work from home. The problem is, if I go to "My purchases" and click on the BBY order number and click print or show receipt it shows the total for two of my purchases, however when Best Buy charged my pcard, it shows as two transactions. My finance department has to have a receipt for every transaction and I cannot give them this as my receipt shows the total. In other words say i purchased two ipads @ $429.99 each, the total on my receipt shows as $859.98, but when they charged my card it went through as two transactions of $429.99. So I would need a separate receipt for each transaction.
I called and waited for over an hour the first time and they girl did not understand what I wanted and read from the script and kept referring me to the "my purchases" page and did not seem to understand what I wanted. The second time I was cut of in the middle. Online chat is now gone and I dread the wait and non help I know I will get again from phone support, if they can keep me connected. Can someone direct me on where to go from here? Twitter? Is there an e-mail assistance address that I can write to ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
