I got an email this morning saying my order has an issue with proccessing the payment. I do see that it is using a card number I had to have changed due to fraudulent activity. I have 24 hours to update it before I lose my preorder bonus and discount, but when I try to update the payment I get a message saying "We're Sorry Self Service is currently unavailable. Please try again later." Please get back to me, preferable before the 24 hour cut-off. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about this, our self service options are awesome, but of course only when they're functioning properly. You should be able to call (888) BEST BUY (888) 237-8289 to update your payment option!
