Hello, I recently made an order for a friend’s birthday. Order number {removed per forum guidelines}. When I received it, I found that there was nothing inside the box. Externally, the box isn't opened. I turned to the courier service that delivered the order but they sent me to the store (to the sender). Can you help me with this?
