Problem with order.

I recently made a purchase with BestBuy, and the order shipped on Monday the 13th; however, it was supposed to arrive today, the 15th, but has yet to update on USPS tracking from "Pre-shipment... USPS awaiting item." I was curious about the status of the order. Any information would be helpful. Thank you.
