I tried to return an item I ordered online to a BBY store tonight. I paid $50.99 for the item, but the return amount rang up as $35.49. The item is brand new and still within the return period (return period expires April 8th). I spoke with a manager who said they couldn't do anything about it. They claimed that a coupon for $12.50 was used on the order. I did not use a coupon with this purchase. My order receipt shows I paid $50.99. Also, $12.50 + 35.49 only equals 47.49, so that doesn't add up to $50.99.
Could someone get back to me and I can give you my order information? Thank you.

Welcome back to our community. Like you, I would be concerned if a refund didn't seem to reflect the amount I paid. I would also have the expectation of a reasonable expectation and I regret that the manager was not very forthcoming.
I'd be happy to look into this for you, but will need some information to begin. If you will please send me a private message that includes the following, I’ll do my best to help:
