Problem with deliveries

Both Mario and Assassins Creed were not delivered today as promised DESPITE being marked as 'delivered to front door'. Ever since my orders started shipping by FedEx I've gotten them late because apparently it's common practice for them to just drop it off at my local post office to then be delivered in another 1-2 days. This is completely dishonest and BB should be made aware of this, either use another shipping service or send them out a day earlier. Right now my packages are in limbo and I have no idea where they are until whoever decides to actually deliver them does so.

Welcome back to the forums and thanks for posting! The new Super Mario and Assassin’s Creed are two of the biggest and most anticipated gaming releases of the year so I’m very sorry to hear you did not receive them as you were supposed to. I would be quite disappointed if I were in your shoes and I’ll do everything I can to make this right.

 

Using the information you provided when you registered for the forums, I believe I was able to pull up the order in question. As you mentioned, these games were indeed marked as delivered on Friday, October 27 by our delivery partner. If this is not the case, I’d be happy to look into what options I have.
