I am so upset right now. Over the years I have made very expensive and large purchases from Best Buy online and successfully had those items delivered to my home with zero problems. So now an $11 memory card goes missing, the USPS and Best Buy CS both claim it was delivered to my mailbox (it wasn't) and when I called Best Buy Customer Service I was told that this is my problem, because once BB hands over the item to the courier (USPS in this case) the matter is out of BB's hands and that there is nothing further Customer No Service can do for me. No. This is not acceptable and had I known that this was BB's policy I never would have made those very expensive purchases in the past and had those items delivered to me.
I want someone from Customer Service to resolve this matter for me.
