Problem with Jabra Elite 65t Student Deal

I saw the My Student Deal for Jabra Elite 65t in-war headphones for only $20 when buying select chromebooks. I selected this and the HP - 2-in-1 14” Touch Screen Chromebook which was one of the listed options. For some reason the Jabra 65t elite headphones for $20 did not connect properly to my order. I want these headphones for the offer of $20. I have called in to customer service phone number three times to no help. First person did not speak English. Second did not have headset properly. Third person seemed confused as to what I was saying and repeating back things different than what I said.

Please help.
