Spent the last 3 hours trying to get a price match for my bestbuy.com order with microcenter who is a local competitor within the vicinity of my home address and near by best buys, the first chat CSR said she could do it, but then we were disconnected, the next times i tried to chat i got disconnected multiple times and denied by the CSR. Best buy support has become a joke. I ordered an item that they couldn't cancel even though it didn't appear in my order history immediately after ordering, they told me to just return it after receiving it. After receiving the item I went to the store to return it, the incompetent store clerk said "we can't do it sorry, call best buy.com" the number had over an hour of wait time, luckily i drove to a differnt best buy who was able to do it.
Bottom line, if you purchase from bestbuy DON'T expect to get a pricematch, they'll give you a Runaround that will waste hours of time.
