Price matched an item. Paid invoice. GHOST ORDER. HELP.

Hello,

 

This is very frustrating.  I price matched an item via chat and the rep told me they would send me an invoice to pay via mail.  I opened the link, logged in, paid the invoice.  Received a copy of a receipt via mail but was unable to find any order number so yesterday I logged in to check my order history and the order is nowhere to be found.

 

I don't know if it's processing, if it's been shipped, if it's been shipped to the correct address.  NOTHING.  I contacted customer service via chat but a clueless, useless rep just told me to call because they weren't able to find the order either.  I tried calling only to be notified that the waiting time is 1 hour.  Are you kidding me?

 

Now I don't know what's going on with my order.  All I have is the charge on my credit card and NO NOTIFICATION whatsoever if my order is processing.

 

I need a solution before I contact my bank for a chargeback.  What a headache.

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Any order number or “Customer Service PIN” from the bottom of the receipt you received via email yesterday
