I called the price match phone number to request a price match on 11/19 for a Sony TV that I purchased on 11/15 via bestbuy.com. I am waiting for delivery and installation which is scheduled for 11/30. Can you explain why price match credit is not occurring? How long should it take to receive credit?

Was your item part of a special promo such as a Black Friday style pricing, My Best Buy member pricing or was it a regular standard price? More specificially was the competitors marked as such ? If any is yes, then you cannot price match.

When placing an order on our website, an authorization hold is placed on your account to ensure that funds are available. You are not charged for an order until it has been picked up or delivered. Because this delivery is not scheduled until Nov. 30 that means you have not been charged so a refund can't be processed yet.
Once this refund is processed it can take up to one full billing cycle to show on your statement, but will typically reflect in the account sooner.
