Tried to match an item to a competitors circular. Best Buy chat support made up many different excuses. No luck with social media staff either who made up different excuses. The use of shifting escuses is deceptive to consumers.
I guess Best Buy is up to it's old price match denial tricks and I'll just have to shop elsewhere when possible.
