Price match issue

I ordered 10 small toys on clearance which the next day were discounted 50 cents more. I haven’t even received the order. I called Best Buy and was told they can only refun me for one item as per their policy. Spoke with Kadir V. who is a supervisor and asked him for $5 credit and he refused. He didn’t even give me the credit for one which the policy allows. Now I will have to decline the package and place a new order. Not an issue for me but a lot of wasted cost to Best Buy and an unhappy customer.

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums, and thank you for your inquiry about our Price Match Guarantee.


Under that Guarantee, we are unable to price match clearance pricing, and there is a limit to one price match per identical item. That may be why your price match was declined.

I’ll be out of the office for the next couple days, so I may not have a chance to look into this until Sunday. I’ll get back to you then, at the latest, if I can’t reply today.
