I placed an order yesterday {removed per forum guidelines}. At the time I purchased the laptop it was listed as $799.99 however the next time I looked at the listing that night it was on a black Friday sale for $479.99. I have a picture of the listing with this deal and I attempted to contact support however both the chat and support line was closed at the time. I called this morning at 9 and she said she couldn't help me because the listing was sold out and no longer available as you could imagine with such a price drop. Even the open box purchase options that were still available reflected the change in price. After she told me she couldn't help me she told me she had to speak with a manager and would call me back, that was already many hours ago and she never called back. I also spoke with a chat agent who provided me a phone number for a supervisor that turned out to just be the support line. Please help me. I just want a refund for the difference.
