I pre-ordered the new Spider-Man: Miles Morales game for PS4 and pre-paid the amount on the website. When I picked up my game today, I was given another sheet (no traditional receipt), which listed the total amount as $42.39 and that there was an adjusted amount of $10. I can't find anything in my original purchase to indicate that the price had changed (it was listed at $49.99 on the website) and my receipt online still indicates a price of $50. Was there a change? If so, where would I see this reflected? Thank you!

Hello again, Dias_Leon!
Thanks for posting on our forum for support with your pre-order. I can imagine your surprise when noticing that you were charged an additional $10 upon picking up your game on Thursday. While it's possible that a price change can occur depending on how early you may have pre-ordered this item, you should receive the lower of the two prices. More information about pre-orders can be found here.
Since you are assured our lowest pre-release price when you place a pre-order with us, I'd like to take a closer look at this purchase and your account to see what might have happened here. To start, please send me a private message including your full name, email, phone number, and order number. You can find the blue option to message me to the right of my name below.
All the best,
