On Jan 8 at 10:53 PM, I noticed that an item I purchased on Best Buy was on sale for less than I paid. I tried to get a price match online but received the following message: "We are unable to verify a Price Match, but an Agent can check for you." I tried to chat an agent but saw that "all agents are offline."
The next day (Jan 9), I tried speaking with an agent but was told that I can't get a price match because the sale was over. I then spent an hour on the phone with customer service trying to get the price match and again was told it's impossible. I was told I would receive a call from a supervisor in an hour but never received one.
If a Best Buy rep sees this and can honor the price match, I would greatly appreciate it. As someone who has spent thousands at Best Buy in the past 2 years alone, this is incredibly disappointing. The price match is only $10 and yet it is not being honored, even for a loyal customer.
I'm struggling to see why I should keep shopping at Best Buy when Amazon offers identical prices with significantly longer return windows, an easier price match process, and 24/7 customer service.

This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.
