Hi,

I purchased an item on 11/22 during a Black Friday sale.  Once this sale ended,a new sale began on 12/4 for one day only.  I initiated a live chat and the agent told me my price match would be honored and that he would credit me $xxx.xx within 72 hours.

Today I received an email telling me the price match would not be honored due to being a Black Friday sale....however I was not trying to get special Black Friday pricing, I was going lower on a separate sale.

Had I been told the guarantee would not qualify, I could have purchased the lower-priced sale item and returned the original.
