I placed an order for $1,532.71 on March 11th for a Samsung Tablet and a few accessories. In this purchase was two bundled items:
I logged into my account today to check the status of another order and I noticed the price had dropped for the tablet and it had also dropped in the bundle price. Brining the total to $1,254.98
When I called to inquire about the price match guarentee I was informed that because it was a bundled item the price match could not be honored and I couldn't get the $120 in savings.
I then asked if it would be possible to return the item, and re-purchase it for the lower price which the service rep said would be perfectly acceptable. Considering I've already installed apps and pictures on the tablet, to factory reset, return and repurchase seems like a huge hassle. However, I believe the price should still be honored considering I just made the purchase 5 days ago(still within return period) and I'm a good customer of Best Buy.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
