Preorder Credit Card Issues

I keep attempting to preorder "Jump Force Ultimate Edition" for the Playstation 4 only to receive an error stating that it cannot be completed due to my credit/debit card expiring within 15 days of the shipping date. The game releases in February where as my card expires in August.

I have tried running it through various browsers. I entered it again. I have tried with my $15 reward ticket and without it only to continuously get this message. Tried calling the support number only to be redirected to a cruise ad which hung up on me and then be told that the number is not available in my service area. Which is in Kentucky.

Re: Preorder Credit Card Issues

Hello, Roar_Blue_Drago!

Thank you for turning to our forum for answers regarding your pre-order. I'm sure you want to lock in your purchase of the Jump Force Ultimate Edition, and I would also be wondering how to go about this after having card issues online.

That being said, I first suggest contacting your bank to verify all of your information is up to date before attempting to place the order again. If you're good to go on your bank's end, and you still get an error online, I recommend trying to call us again at (888) BEST BUY or (888) 237-8289 to place this pre-order.

If you have any other questions or concerns and need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach back out to us.

Re: Preorder Credit Card Issues

Had same problem last night and today with credit card, called BB and figured out problem today. The problem is the digital code, for some reason they show that it will not be available until December 31, 2019, and therefore not accept your credit card, you to either pre order in store or use a credit card with an expiration from February 2020 or beyond. Fortunately we had a card which had an expiration of February 2020, and it worked.
The issue wasn’t quite with your credit card and issuer it was the digital code that they not changed to match the Jump Force release date if Feb. 15th.
Hope this helped.
