Thank you for turning to our forum for answers regarding your pre-order. I'm sure you want to lock in your purchase of the Jump Force Ultimate Edition, and I would also be wondering how to go about this after having card issues online.
That being said, I first suggest contacting your bank to verify all of your information is up to date before attempting to place the order again. If you're good to go on your bank's end, and you still get an error online, I recommend trying to call us again at (888) BEST BUY or (888) 237-8289 to place this pre-order.
