I made an online purchase at bestbuy.com on 9/26 and cancelled my order on 10/11. But my funds have not been returned to my checking account. What can I do?

I need help processing my refund that is stuck on "awaiting authorization." I cancelled my order through bestbuy.com on Oct. 11 and still havn't received any funds. Any help would be great!
