My pre order was canceled on the 4th of November by you guys after I confirmed the three numbers in back of debit card because you sent me a email asking me to and when I did got a confirmation email saying the confirmation had been completed and payment was taken. Then I get a email saying you canceled because of the quantity limit. I said forget it I’m dkne after dealing with customer service for 3-5 hours easy. Fast forward to the 12th day of ps5 release and I’m out on the hunt going store to store and I get a random call from someone saying they were from bestbuy they ask me my zip code and tell me they are sending me a console to a certain location today I am. Now told they have no idea what I am talking about... WTH!!!!!
