I recently ordered an laptop (on 6/15) and received the order confirmation, but not the shipping confirmation. My order status says, "in progress" with green text stating that my laptop "will arrive tomorrow", but without the shipping confirmation, I find this very misleading. I really need this laptop ASAP. I even cancelled a previous order with wal-mart because of the better deal here. However, after seeing the other posts about delivery delays, I don't feel confident about my shipping status at all. Would really appreciate some timely help, here.

I called the Best Buy customer service and got a hold of my tracking number. Package is in transit (thank da Lord). My only complaint is that this info wasn't more readily available. As in, had I known I could give customer service a call and get my tracking number, would've done that from the get go. Instead I was only informed about "tracking orders" through "my account" which doesn't show a real-time status.
