Poor customer service

I have to say the customer service for phone support was not good. Spent nearly 30 minutes on the phone to get a refund of less than $4. I ordered online and the order was delivered to another city not even close to mine and then told they would reship the item and then be told that they could not due to not being in stock online. Price of the item went back to regular price and then not in stock so I can’t get the item for that price now.
