Poor customer service

I ordered a new Sirius Radio (online) for my vehicle that included Geek Squad installation as part of the purchase. Instructions on how to obtain the installation were supposed to be emailed to me. I never received the email. I have been unable to get this resolved. I have made many attempts to call the customer service line. It ALWAYS ends in a busy signal. I have also tried to us the online chat. No luck there. Online agents are at best useless and at worst rude. I would just return the radio and go somewhere else but the time to return has expired during all this mess. Can anyone help?

It's peculiar that you didn't receive instructions to schedule your installation, and dismaying to hear you've had such trouble with our phone and chat support. I would be happy to take a closer look at this, as you need a keycode from your installation email to validate your purchase.
