Poor customer care after best buy’s mistake

I ordered kindle 7 on black friday with samsung chrome book together on same order. Chrome book delivered to me. But kindle delivered my old address. After i noticed it sent to wrong address, i called customer center to fix it. The representative fixed and she told me it will be delivered soon.
I did not hear any ring bell but email sent to me the order canceled because it delivered AGAIN to my old address.

I was very upset but contacted customer service center this time she told me she will place a new order and difference from new to old is on best buy. And in the middle of conversation she said she cannot verify my address and hung up.

Today Robert, one of best buy representative supervisor very rude and said it’s not possible to have kindle with the same price i ordered. And better to keep my eye on refund.

I did not do anything wrong. Tries to fix it several times. Why best buy have such bad mistakes and customer care

How can we use its online order? It is very unreasonable and worst customer care. This person and that person reacts differently on your end’s mistake? Highly disappointed. Worst customer care ever!

My time and energy wasted for nothing. I own a clinic and will talk to all my clients not to use best buy.

As someone who likes to keep a close eye on my tracking details, I can imagine how nerve-wracking it would be to check on your order and see your product is going to the wrong address. That sounds like a far cry from the stress-free shopping experience we intended to provide!

 

While I wish that the circumstances that brought you to us were happier, I'm glad that you took the time to bring this to our attention.
