Please stop using Fedex

Every single time I place an order and you guys ship it Fedex it arrives AT LEAST a day late.  Oh and the only way you know it will is their tracking says the shipment isn't anywhere near your location yet the "Scheduled Delivery" is that day.  Now I have an order that was supposed to arrive today, that only lists as "Potentially Delayed" (no duh, I'm not getting it at almost midnight) and nothing else about when to expect it.  It is ridiculous and this happens every single time.  At least a day late, sometimes up to a week.


Just go with UPS and tell Fedex to shove it.  They used to be decent but they aren't anymore.  And it has been like that for a while.

It sounds like it could be delayed due to conditions with the carrier and I am not sure why. If you have social media I would contact them via Facebook Messenger and let them know of the delivery conditions but once a package is handed off to Fed Ex then its pretty much out of Best Buy's control on the late delivery. I know it sounds like a bad situation and I've had to contact the local hub myself to address the issues in which they tell me due to certain conditions they can't bring packages on time.
