Please help with yet another issue with no refunds on e-gift card used in cancelled order.

I placed an order yesterday online and it got cancelled. I used two egift cards worth $600. I tried to place another order and I could not because the egift cards are empty. I called into customer service and was told to wait 24 hours.

 

Searching this forum, it seems A LOT of people have problems with egift cards getting refunded and they are ALWAYS told to wait 24 hours and it drags on for days/weeks. The only solution seems to come from getting help on here. Needless to say I have very little patience or hope that things will magically resolve itself in 24 hours. I want to use my egift card before the item I want goes out of stock.

 

Please help me get my refund back on my egift cards so I can place another order. Smiley Sad
