Please fix SKU 13289644 - I have been receiving a wrong item twice

To whom it may concern,

 

I am writing this message to inform you that SKU 13289644 might be incorrectly register in your system as I have been receiving a wrong size of this item twice.

 

The description on the website states Scanpan Classic 11" Aluminium Frying Pan but Best Buy sent Scanpan Classic 10 1/4" Aluminium Frying Pan to me so I returned and re-ordered the same one. Still, I received the 10 1/4" one. I have re-ordered this again for the third time and hope to received the right product eventually.

 

I talked with the customer service at the store, call center, and also chat with the customer service agent. None of them has an authorized to fix or report this problem. Thus, I find posting this message could help.

 

Please kindly let me know if there are some mistakes with this item SKU that can be fixed or other reasons.

 

I would appreciate to receive the right item for my recent order.

I wasn’t able to find this sku on BestBuy.com, but I did search and find it on BestBuy.ca. This forum only supports US Best Buy locations, you’ll find the means to contact Best Buy Canada at the “contact is” link on BestBuy.ca.
