Hi, in first sorry for my English (i'm foreugner)
Please i need help - i want take back my money or i want take my order.
Today i opened site: bestbuy.com
Then i choose Laptop - Lenovo Y730 (741.99$ USA)
I paid for my order (billing address - 10780 Kempwood Dr.Houston, TX 77043, shipping address - 19713 DE Newark)
I saw that my order was paid (money from my credit card was take)
Then after 5 minutes i saw that my order was canceled.
Now i want to enter to my account, but i saw error : Sorry, a problem occurred during sign in. Please try again.
And i cant see my order and i cant take my money.
Please Help me.

We have a lot of great sales and products available on our website. It's understandable that you would like to shop with us, if possible. At this time, Best Buy does not offer international shipping options, and any items purchased on our website or through our stores are sold with the intent to be used in the United States. This can sometimes make placing an order with an international credit card a little tricky. Was your order being submitted for store pickup? If it was being shipped, was the address a home address here in the United States? Will you be visiting one of our retail stores?

When an order is cancelled, we would expect any authorizations or charges to be automatically released back to your bank or the financial institution used to place the order. Processing times can vary by financial institution, but most will take at least a few days to up to one billing cycle, possibly longer if an international card was used. I can double check, just to make sure everything processed through in the way that we would expect it to.
