I placed my order yesterday for a digital gift card for the PlayStation store. I'm used to getting digital codes delivered within 10-30 minutes but I waited for about 3 hours before I contacted Customer Service who notified me that they are waiting for the merchant to get the gift card sent over (already the first red flag for me because these should be sent on order right away). They asked me to wait a few more hours so I did - I checked the forums and also checked latest reviews on the item and a bunch of people are having this issue.
I contacted customer service today morning to find out what is going on and they were not helpful AT ALL. I went from a customer service rep to a member from the sales team who then told me to contact someone from the digital orders team. I want a refund or my order delivered ASAP - enough is enough with this back and forth and lies. Unbelievable that other people have waited 1+ week for a digital order from a company like Best Buy.
