I recently made a purchase (today, 6/11) and checked the box to use a 30$ certificate that I had. Unfortunately, upon clicking to complete checkout, the certificate was not applied to the order.
Is there a way to do so on your end (?) as I looked and can't find a way to apply it without cancelling and trying to place the order again.

Thank you joining our community forum and writing to us about this purchase. My Best Buy rewards certificates are a great benefit of being a rewards member and I know I'd want to make sure such a large certificate was on my purchase. Once an order has been placed we are unable add or change a different form of payment, including certificates. This order would need to be cancelled and a new one placed so this certificate can be used. Please let me know if you have any other questions that I can help with!

Thank you for following up with us. It's possible that the product you are trying to purchase may be excluded from being paid for with a My Best Buy certificate. May I ask what you are trying to purchase?
