Like the title says, I placed an order 03/28/2019. As of 4/11/2019 it still hasn't shipped. It was scheduled to be delivered 04/04/2019. I received an email 04/03/2019 saying it was delayed. I then contacted customer service who said it was waiting to be shipped and that the delay would clear and ship within the week. This did not happen. I called customer service again today, but was given the same canned response. When I pointed out that this was the same answer as last week, the story changed to it not being in stock. I was given these two conflicting answers several times with no resolution to the problem. Also unable to cancel the order at any point during this multi week process. How can something be both out of stock and waiting to ship at the same time? The shipment was supposed to be a gift on 04/08/2019, now well passed. And couldn't buy a replacement gift as my money is still tied up in this transaction. Can someone help me with this giant headache?

Is this some kind of sick joke? I recieved the package but all that was inside was SOME of a loose, dead, and damaged laptop. No charger, no instructions, no box holding anything together inside the shipping container. Just the corpse of a laptop with a return slip taped to it stating that if I return it without all the packaging and components, I will not recieve the full amount that is due. I am at a loss for words. Why would someone do something like this?

I would recommend visiting your local Best Buy store for assistance in processing a return or exchange. Alternatively I can help you look in to returning this by mail. This was deliberate by someone on your end. The package condtion is fine, the security tape was not broken. Their is no product packing or charger. Just a laptop with the back center portion missing and said packing slip.

So I have to go find a way to print this return receipt, ship the debris you sent me back, wait for you to get it, wait another 3 days for you to tell me its debris. And then I have to wait another billing cycle before I might be able to get a apportion of the money you stole from me back? Is that correct? I placed this order in March and it won't be resolved until late May and even then maybe not even fully? What is wrong with your company?
