Dear Customer Service,
I need help with a Pixel 7 Trade-In that I pre-ordered on 10-13. The store told me to talk to management and gave me the corporate number. I've called the corporate number 6-7 times and they assured me that I would qualify every single time, but I tried trading it in-store two times (once on 10-23 and another time on 11-2), but I ran into problems. I will digress more in DMs.

The next step would be for you to go into the store and process the trade-in of your Pixel 6. Once that is completed, please let me know. I will then process you a mail check for the $249 that will be sent to you by mail.
