I responded back. To be transparent with anyone still looking at my case, I still do not have my phone or any real update as to when I will receive my order. I am still at the same status one month ago which is wait.

Hi everyone that is still viewing this. Just letting you know that in my opinion Best Buy is deliberately not fulfilling my order and similar orders like mine. I am someone who pre-ordered the Google Pixel 7 exactly one month ago on 10-12-2022 and as of now, Best Buy has this exact phone in their stores available for pick up near me. They are simply not processing my order as I presume they are trying to get out of fulfilling the pre-order deals for this phone.
Not only that, they have lied to me and stated that they would give me some compensation for this inconvenience on the purchase. But later on, one of the representatives messaged me saying that they have no record of stating this even when I gave them the case ID. I obviously do have record of them stating this.
Just letting you all know that Best Buy does not plan on fulfilling some pre-orders, but has been totally fine with charging my credit card as if they planned on giving me my item. Since it's a month later with no concrete update at all when I will be given my unit when this unit is available to be picked up at multiple stores near me, I will just accept that Best Buy has just done a bait and switch sales tactic on me and other customers. I will be avoiding this retailer for any purchases in the future.
