I ordered on the 12th specifically because of the trade-in and the promotions going on. On the 18th, I get a email saying it was delayed. However, it's not a week later, and I am not seeing any update. When is my order coming?
I specifically do not want this to be cancelled and I want to know if Best Buy is planning on fulfilling these orders. It says all sold out on the website.

Hello. I received no updates to my pixel 7 order that I've been waiting weeks for. Can I please have someone to look in my case. I do not understand why its allowing people to buy the Pixel 7 on the online store while I still have not received my phone.
I am dissatisfied with my experience and not receiving any updates on my order.

Still absolutely no update on my order. In fact, I've seen new customers purchase this phone, get it picked up by today/ this week while I am left phone-less after almost a month.
I contact customer service both through the chat, through the phone, and have recently messaged through the site. No one can explain why others can purchase the phone I've been waiting for weeks today and walk into the store today to get it, while I am left without a phone on a pre-order.
In checking Best Buy's site today, I saw that the phone was ready in an hour in some locations near me, and next time I checked, it was already unavailable.
This is absolutely absurd that Best Buy is continuiing to leave me on the dark on my purchase but has a long standing charge on my bank account.

Have still received no word on when I will get my phone. The representative on this forum messaged me saying they will open up an investigation and mentioned that it may take time, but I think waiting for a month now with no updates is not justifiable and that is enough time as expected. I've been overly patient as is.
Best Buy, where is my phone? Why are others allowed to buy the phone for the phone I purchased but my order is still not fulfilled from four weeks ago? Thank you.
