Yeah, well it seems the higher ups past the basic level doesn't know about this issue. It's pretty bad imo. I'll never try to pre order anything with them again.
Still haven't gotten my pre-ordered (for store pick up) pixel 4xl. Ordered on 10/15 and it's now 11/5. Order still delayed and to auto-cancel if not in by 11/23. Because my phone has a device plan connected to Verizon I can't get my order trasnferred to a store 9 miles away that has the phone. This is ridiculous. I can't cancel the order because they gave me the giftcard in-store when I ordered and I used it not knowing my phone would never come in.... Thank god my current phone still works.
